I was taught that the only 100% way to avoid pregnancy is to be abstinent. Sex my friend, is a choice.
If a woman doesn’t want to be pregnant. Then by golly, she can choose not to get pregnant. Or she can wait nine months as oppose to killing a human being.

Hello friend! My name’s Kendra, and I’m going to tell you a thing:
Did you know that married couples like to have sex? Did you know that not all married couples want children? Does that mean they have to abstain from sex?
(Hint: the answer is no!)
No one should be forced to carry a pregnancy they don’t want or that is harmful to their health.
If you think pregnancy is just “waiting nine months,” then you might want to speak to someone who has been pregnant. I can assure you that pregnancy is much, much more than simply “waiting.”
I hope this clears some things up for you! If you have any questions, feel free to visit my Ask and I’d be happy to answer them!

Married woman, healthy sex life with my husband, NEVER want to be a mother. At least not of my own body. We take precautions every time. We’re extremely careful. But we had a scare about a month ago. And we talked about it. We don’t want children, and I’ve been told a pregnancy would be extremely dangerous, painful and expensive for me. We know what we would have done. This is my right. To choose to not be a mother, but to still enjoy sex with my husband.
And before you point at me and scream about birth control and condoms: We use them. But they aren’t foolproof. And in the event of their failure, I refuse to suffer. He’s even considering a vasectomy to avoid the possibility. But until we can afford it, I’ll keep my options open.
And all women deserve that right. No matter the circumstance.

Thank you so much for sharing this!

If there’s a prize for rotten judgement, I guess I’ve already won that.
